Boil Water Rescind Notice
On 11-11-23, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required our public water system Bell-Milam-Falls WSC, PWS ID 0140007 to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to due to water leak and high usage, water from our system must be boiled prior to consumption. This affected only Bell-Milam-Falls WSC customers off Bartlett Plant: Davilla, Vilas, to Granger Lake.
Our system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling as of 11-15-23.
