We have lately received complaints of our phone line not working or is always busy. We apologize for this inconvenience caused to you.

Since we began accepting payments over the phone, it has caused our call volume to drastically increase. Payclix offers an automated system to make payments.  You can call 1-866-729-2549 to make your Bell-Milam-Falls WSC payments.  You will need your account number, the zip code of the billing address on the account, and the payment information.  Simply follow the prompts and you should be able to quickly make your payment.  If a problem occurs, a customer service representative will assist you.  You also have an option to talk directly with the customer service representative without going through the automated system.  Again, simply follow the prompts.  The automated system is available 24 hours everyday of the week.  Payclix customer service is only open between 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.  Payclix customer service is only able to assist with payments and your online profile.  They cannot help with any water issues you have. 

We want you to have the fastest and easiest payment process available by utilizing the Payclix online website. If you have problems setting up your online profile, we can assist you.  If you currently use the Payclix website, no changes have occurred.  To get to the Payclix site, visit our website www.bellmilamfallswsc.com and click “Bill Payment” and then select “Pay Your Bill Now.”  You will need your current bill in order to register your account.  When you call our office to make a payment, this is the exact site we use to process your payment. 

Anytime you find a leak, need a line locate, setup or transfer a membership, have any questions regarding your bill or service, please continue to call our office at 1-254-697-4016 or 1-800-826-4322. We will be glad to assist you.  Our office hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday.  To reach our office for after hour emergencies such as water outage or low pressure, please call our office number.  Someone is on call for emergencies.
